Trust The Lighthouse is a Metalcore / Hardcore band from Lausanne, created in early 2011 by Alex, Pete (guitars) and Vincent (drums), former members of the band Affect Head. Quickly joined by David and Pascal (vocals), the band works almost a year before Sacha (bass) joins them.
After the first three shows, Pascal decided to leave at the end of june 2012. The search for a new second singer is considered at first, but Sacha took this part in addition to playing bass.
Trust The Lighthouse’s musical environment was between Classical Metalcore and Post Hardcore at the beginning, inspired by bands like August Burns Red, Killswitch Engage, Naiad, Boysetsfire or Parkway Drive, but then evolved to a more Hardcore one, to focus on the efficacy of the songs instead of the technical aspects.
