Tyrant is a heavy metal/us power metal/doom metal band from Pasadena, California, United States. The band was formed in 1978 and released the debut album Legions of the Dead in 1985. At some point they disbanded, but were officially reformed in 2009. A comeback album, their fourth overall, Hereafter, was released in 2020.
