Unified Theory are a Progressive Metal band from portugal who were formed in January 2003. Originally made up of Bruno Morais (drums), Luís Anjos (guitar) and André Gouveia (bass), the band went through a series of personnel changes to find the present line-up. In February, Paulo Pacheco took up the free vocal slot and Nuno Tavares took over on keyboards. Daniel Martins later replaced André on bass. Their first live performance was the result of an invitation from the Seixal Town Hall in June 2003. This kick-off went on to open new doors for the group and led to several other invitations, including the “Black October” festival organized by FNAC. Unified Theory started off 2004 with a demo (Prison), which reflects all their hard work and dedication.
