Vigilance was a progressive metal band from Leer in Lower Saxony, Germany.
Formed in 1993, Vigilance released their first album, Behind the Mask, in 1996. A year later they released Secrecy and this would be their final output.
The last known line-up consisted of Fank Otto Conrad (vocals), Uwe Fleischhauer (guitars), Dago Delevie (bass), Kai Uwe Broek (drums) and Günter Eiken (keyboards). With strong keyboard melodies, somewhat accented vocals and a 'typical' power/progressive metal sound, Vigilance will appeal to fans of bands such as Queensrÿche.
