Vond is one of the projects by Norwegian musician Mortiis (going under his real name of Håvard Ellefsen). The music of this project is best described as a mix of dark ambient, darkwave, and dungeon synth. The project is currently considered to be on hold, having released three albums in the mid to late nineties; Selvmord (1994), The Dark River (1996) and Green Eyed Demon (1998).
Vond is included in the MMA as a Metal Related artist thanks to Mortiis' contributions to the metal scene first with symphonic black metal act Emperor and then later with his own Mortiis project.
