Windark is a US one-man atmospheric black metal project by musician John Marshall (Dysperium, ex-Four Forests and a Tree, ex-Typhus). Originally known as Ulg, the debut album Windark was released in 2017.
In 2018 the name of the project was changed to Windark, after the Ulg album, which was then retconned to be called Ulg with the artist listed as Windark.
The first release as Windark, Lore, was released in 2018. However it was quickly re-recorded and re-released in January 2019.
