Xvart is a doom/death metal band from Binghamton, New York. The band started in 2009, and released two demos, before changing name and direction, becoming a funeral doom band known as Ithaqua. Xvart was resurrected again in 2012 as a separate entity from Ithaqua, and has continued to be active ever since.
