About the song:
The Optic Chiasm is our most complex and technical song for this album. It’s short but it does not need 8 minutes to showcase itself. We wanted to make that one song that will have us terrified before we hit the stage and to see if we make it back alive after we play it. Lyrics wise it’s about how our anatomy is not capable of handling some of the information that exists out in the distant galaxies, that some things are so complex and so grand that our own minds wouldn’t be able to comprehend it. And therefore make us confused and deranged.
