Skies weren't meant to heal
On my hands shine tranquil colors
Spilling their stolen rings
Broken shapes are humming -
I will give up my arms for those wings
Shattered cities arch their backs
Refraining from raindrops and tears
Collecting thoughts in their muscles
I climb on her shrine knowing it would be my last verge
A numb throne fitting for an ill-spent revenge
Carving names with dismantled finger joints
Through the stone, or the coldness of circuits
Under neon glares, counting nights formed out of clay
Steel larks besides my bed, they scream throughout indifferent days
All of our liaisons, horizons, bespoken ends of heartbeats
Broken insect wings topping towers of an ivory defeat
In stillness I revel
Forsaken skies stained by burgundy knells
Firm walls will bellow our tale of
Being born under stars and torn by the hellfire
In this ether, where there is nothing but atrocious gloom
I'm the child of twilight and the aftertaste of sweat
We are punished for our sins of procreating new earths
Made of lesser dreams
Made of tiles and bones
Louder silence of rebels
Scorned by my own victory’s frown
Tainted heavens to master
From ashes we rose, for fire we fall down
Glass bars imitating one's haven
I lie where thoughts have shed their skins
How I wish I could steal
A nullified kiss upon the shadows
A well-placed penny in their mouths
Iron for ragged peace
Not enough to please a buzzing Charon
