Hailing from the different sectors of Canada’s strongest musical hub, Pathfinder emerge as a burgeoning force in the heavy music scene of Ontario.
Started in late 2022, these four musicians have come together to bring unparalleled dedication to their craft and their cause, creating a profound musical experience that aims to shake the groundwork laid, and redefine the spirit and ethics of the Deathcore genre. Coining the phrase ‘Anti-Deathcore’, Pathfinder’s founders Marcus Arar, Josh Willms, Brandon Lucking, and Jason Drossis all aim to bring forth deeply personal lyricism that touches upon overcoming everyday struggles. Their mission is to provide truth to the subjects they cover, positivity, and awareness to societal issues while combining it all with blisteringly heavy riffs and precise instrumentation.
