With a spit from Hell's Headbangers, you know you're in for some crazy evil shit. This one features two band from the Chilean metal underground - namely, the death metal act Atomic Aggressor and the blackened deathsters in Death Yell. Both tracks are actually pretty good.
Atomic Aggressor's contribution 'Blind Servants' latches on to 90s death metal at its best. That is, it combines straightforward thrashy elements with more technical and brutal ones in a composition that consists of more than just a handful passages. This track should definitely appeal to any death metal fan.
Death Yell's track is quite different in aesthetics, drawing more on black metal, but compositionally just as complex.
A nice little evil two-track package, this split is an excellent addition to any extreme metal collection.
