"i Alice: Severance is a metalcore/hardcore/nu metal album with death metal influences. It has been a power struggle in so many ways: an emotional ordeal and unique experience, a creative challenge, and a musical journey that took much longer than expected. I didn't know it was going to end on a positive note when I was just getting started! I thought it was going to be much darker. But life went on, and in the end, a few brighter songs in the second half had changed the landscape of this album. Enjoy the story, and enjoy the songs! "
