1st pressing - 1,000 in manilla folder covers and glued logos, all on black
2nd pressing - 1,000 with normal covers
3rd pressing - 100 on blue in pink covers, 900 on black in normal covers
4th pressing - 100 hand-numbered on pink with "boxing" covers
5th pressing - uncertain amount on clear orange with normal covers
6th pressing - uncertain small amount on black in white folder sleeves
