• First pressing: 3500 on clear blue vinyl with $4 price on back of sleeve.
• Second pressing: 1000 on black vinyl with $4 price on back of sleeve. (Possibly identical to the fourth pressing.)
• Third pressing: unknown quantity on an assortment of clear, white, and pink vinyl, all with $4 price on back of sleeve.
• Fourth pressing: unknown quantity on black vinyl with $4 price on back of sleeve.
• Fifth pressing: unknown quantity on black vinyl with $5 price on back of sleeve.
