"This is a split album with each band working independently as well as collaborating on a few tracks. While each band recorded independently on different sides of the planet, there is a pervasive feeling of depression and hopelessness throughout each song. Ravenwood of Twilight Fauna provided guest vocals on In December which is the first and only Filsufatia song to be released with vocals. Ravenwood also did session drumming and mixing for A Farewell in Autumn. "
