About this release
Only a very limited number were pressed - one estimate gives the figure 54 - and originals came in a plain cover with a large bumper sticker bearing the legend "Heavy" - so the album later became known as Heavy.
Although an original turned up on eBay, and appeared to sell for exactly $7000 to the only lucky bidder on that auction, this sale has not been verified, and neither has the other stratospheric price quoted on Rockadrome of $40000 - which seems extremely unlikely for any vinyl, except a very low numbered White Album, or rare Elvis test pressing maybe.
