Enhanced CD and 12" 33⅓ RPM / 45 RPM vinyl EP released 12th February 2008 on Ipecac Recordings (IPC95).
Vinyl limited to 100 copies:
1000 copies on clear vinyl
1000 copies on blue vinyl
The CD version also contains a video for the title track.
The Japanese version comes with additional tracks and an additional DVD, limited edition to 1500 copies.
