- 100 copies made with screenprinted glass covers and clear vinyl. Originally show only and then leftovers sold online at Havoc
- 500 copies on yellow vinyl
- 2400 copies on black vinyl
CD released 22nd April 2005 on Prosthetic Records (6561910020-2).
12" vinyl LP remaster reissued 2012 onAlternative Tentacles (VIRUS 443).
Recorded at Hot Head Recording Studio in Los Angeles, CA during the month of October, 2004.
