"Old Skull" was recorded at Quake Sound Studios in Rapallo, Genoa and was produced by the band members themselves. It was mixed by Giuseppe Orlando at Outer Sound Studios in Rome and was mastered by Simone Mularoni at Fear Studios
in Ravenna. The cover artwork was created by Davide Nadalin and Nerve Design.
