"The Opening Bid (Part One)" contains fragments of original rehearsals and demo tape recordings 1983-1988. "The Opening Bid (Part Two)" contains fragments of studio and live recordings 2004-2007.
"Kill Death Twice" is the very first Outrage song that was written by Udo F. in 1983. This song had never been recorded before and never played in a concert.
