This release contains three new tracks ("Gushing Inner Gore", "Sores of Affliction" and "Intro"), all four tracks from the band's Contamination of Whores EP and the song "Repulsive Desires in Your Writing", which was a demo track which did not previously appear on any Raped by Pigs release.
A music video was made for the song "Sores of Affliction".
The three new songs were recorded in August 2011.
