Tracks 1-9 to 1-17 and 2-1 to 2-4 are taken from Runemagick - Enter the Realm of Death (1999): Recorded and mixed at Los Angered Recording, in May 1999.
Tracks 2-5 to 2-17 are taken from Runemagick - Resurrection in Blood (2000):
Recorded, mixed, and mastered at Los Angered Recording during 9 days of June 2000. Additional recordings were made at Terrordome and Slade Stanley's place.
