Sange:Main:Machine is a project ran by Luigi Sangermano, an Italian singer, and despite that weird band name (what makes it hillarious, Sange is a slang Indonesian word for 'horny'), these guys bring some extravagant performances on "Ready For The Show" to the table, with particular strong delivery on singer Sangermano and guitarist Martelli, whom not surprisingly came from the same band, Tarchon's Fist. Musically, the path they chose to play is the traditional heavy metal style with an adequate amount of melodic rock spray.
"Hate Shower" and "Master of The Grief" are pretty good, but "The Demon Inside" is the awesome pick among those first three tracks. "Goodbye" is a dull and boring ballad, they shouldn’t have let this track stained the album. Luckily they have the acoustical piece, "Another Day", at the end, which is far better than this one. "Wake Up Call" isn't bad, but forgettable compared to the next big track, "Too Late For The Show". This is a real melodic metal gem with superb chorus attached. "Thank You" is another diamond, started with a splendid riffage, this song climb upwards to the max. The rest are decent, if not fillers, and this evidence showed the weaker side of the band, which is on the songwriting consistency.
Though the whole attention should be concentrated on Sangemarno's vocal, which is very good, the beauty of this album is on the hands of Lucio Martelli, the man of the show. He nailed some difficult notes and incredibly fast picking on almost every fast-tempo songs. A promising album with several big songs inside, let's let them progress to the next album and I'm confident they'll achieve a better result over time.
