- translucent blue vinyl
- blue with red splatter vinyl (138 copies)
- clear with red splatter vinyl (150 copies of which about 138 were first available and sold only at the 7th Annual Johnny Ramone Tribute in Los Angeles on Oct 1, 2011 as show exclusive release)
- glow in dark vinyl (Cinderblock/Misfits Records online exclusive)
12" 33⅓ vinyl single reissued 10th June 2016 on
Misfits Records (MRLP 01470), limited to:
- opaque deep purple with black transitional haze (150 copies of which 138 sold only on Misfits.com webstore)
- translucent purple with white splatter vinyl (400 copies)
