7" vinyl EP released 29th August 2006 on Lifeline Records (LLR-007), limited to:
- white with black splatter (black cover)
- 35 copies on white with black splatter (white cover sold at This is Hardcore '09 as benefit for Matthew Arluck to help with medical expenses.)
- 300 copies on pink vinyl (2006 European Tour edition)
Recorded Live in Boston, MA in March 2003.
Some copies came with a CD-R in a stamped envelope including the interview.
