Edition 5 of 6 for Relapse´ Slimewave Series. Each edition is hand numbered to 1000 copies and comes on a different colored vinyl.
- 100 copies on clear vinyl (not avaiable to public)
- 400 copies on yellow / green splattered vinyl
- 500 copies on red / yellow splattered vinyl
All 6 covers together form a 14" x 21" image of an alien autopsy created by Mike Hrubovcak.
