I bought this album a couple of years ago and instantly fell for the amazing music they had created.PATHOSRAY are a Prog-Metal band from Italy who really know how to "bring it".Fantastic vocals which at times bring Dickinson to mind at others Tate.To get a great example of his range check out the final track "Emerald City".Lots of synths and piano here but make no mistake this is bone crushingly heavy at times.And it's very cool to hear Allesandro from GARDEN WALL contributing vocals to the song "The Sad Game".Actually you might say he growls and screams alot.If you know GARDEN WALL you know how complex they are and difficult,and believe me they do nothing half-ass.This is an incredible album and really it is a must-have for Prog-Metal fans out there.It's interesting that they mention Mike Oldfield in the liner notes as being an inspiration.
