Simple collection of 80's songs and 70's songs in 80's live versions. This is 'The Deep Purple Collection'. In the cover is present a photo with Steve Morse but in 80's Blackmore is still the undisputed Purple's axeman. Clear 'The Deep Purple' Collection' is an useless compilation but because is a budget compilation not disfigure. As compilation is good (but I don't appreciate 'Hard Lovin Woman', an insipidus song). Certainly the music is Proto AOR in the 80's songs and in this musical direction is the 80's version of the 70's songs.

And how should judge, ultimately, this 'The Deep Purple Collection'? in good or in not good manner? I judge for the music. And the music is, in general, good.
