Tracks 1-11 are rough mixes of tracks taken from Natural Order (1990).
Track 12 was recorded at a rehearsal from 1989.
Tracks 13-16 were recorded at a rehearsal from 1991.
Track 17 was recorded live in Holland while on tour with Carcass in 1990.
