Pro-printed thick cardstock covers with printed inlay, clear tapes with bright blue labels on both sides.
The printed tracklist on the inlay and tape labels lists 3 songs per side, but on the actual tape side one ends after 2 songs. This is addressed by a small yellow paper insert that originally came inside the case with each copy of the tape. It say, exactly, "Due to a problem with the duplication 'Internal Rot' is at the end of Side One. 'Vaginal Decay' is at the beginning of Side Two. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
