Flesh Made Sin is an Dutch Thrash Metal band from Tilburg. Their sound is very much like Thrash Metal in the early 80's.

In June 1999 FLESH MADE SIN is formed by Bjorn (guitars) and Twan (guitars & vo-kills) and soon Stip (bass) and Marco (drums) join in. They all shared the same goal and interest: 'oldschool Thrash Metal from the 80's'. In 1999 the first live performances take place. Flesh Made Sin is not for the slow and in May 2000 a mCD is recorded titled 'Scenery of Death' at Harrow Recording Studio (a.o. Asphyx & Occult). While the mCD receives good criticism worldwide Flesh Made Sin performs live with bands like Asphyx, Darkane, The Haunted, Occult, God Dethroned and many more. In May 2002 the band returns to Harrow Studio and records another mCD titled 'Masterwork in Blood' which shows a huge progression for sure! Even with this

"The Aftermath of Amen" is the 2nd full-length studio album by Dutch death/thrash metal act Flesh Made Sin. The album was released through Karmageddon Media in 2009. It features the same lineup who recorded the predecessor "Dawn of the Stillborn" from 2004.

"Dawn of the Stillborn (2004)" featured a highly Slayer ("Hell Awaits (1985)") influenced thrash metal sound, but while "The Aftermath of Amen" also features a few elements pointing in that direction, Flesh Made Sin have become more brutal on this sophomore release, and "The Aftermath of Amen" is more in death/thrash metal territory than in more "straight" thrash metal ditto. Sharp and intense death/thrash riffs and rhythms, screaming chromatic guitar solos, and a rabid dog snarling lead vocalist in front.

It´s all delivered in a highly professional manner and with great skill and conviction, and in addition to that "The Aftermath of Amen" also features a powerful, detailed, and clear sounding production, which suits the material perfectly. Fans of artists like Dead head and Legion of the Damned, should find loads to enjoy here. It´s not the most original sounding release, but it still delivers a vicious and greatly enjoyable death/thrash attack that should please most fans of the genre. A 3.5 - 4 star (75%) rating is deserved.

"Dawn of the Stillborn" is the debut full-length studio album by Dutch thrash metal act Flesh Made Sin. The album was released through Karmageddon Media in November 2004. Flesh Made Sin were founded in Tilburg in 1999 and released two demos before being signed for the release of "Dawn of the Stillborn".

The music style on "Dawn of the Stillborn" is a brutal type of thrash metal, which often sounds almost eerily like "Hell Awaits (1985)"-era Slayer. The vocals are a death/thrash rabid dog snarling, but the riffs, the rhythms, and the guitar solos reek of 1985 Slayer. The sound production is also suitably raw and organic, which provides the material with the right environment to shine...

...and shine it does, if you can look past the obvious Slayer influence. Flesh Made Sin are skilled musicians who know what they do, and the material on the 8 track, 37:55 minutes long album are also well composed. It´s seldom outstanding, but definitely solid and very enjoyable thrash metal in the raw end of the spectrum. A 3.5 star (70%) rating is deserved.
